The shadows cast by its geometry, once machined using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology, create an almost botanical expression. It is a 21st-century piece of joinery, crafted with the tools of our time, replacing traditional wood with an advanced solid surface material
The piece was conceived with a dual purpose: to showcase the expressive and technical possibilities of this material, and to complement the Handle Out door handle, designed by Morph XS for ICÓNICO
Its inspiration comes from the façade of Bosque de Atocha, a building whose avant-garde character and flowing, organic forms could themselves open the door—quite literally—to a new kind of modernism
