Sustainability

Our genetic process incorporates sustainable parameters into our projects. In addition to working under the standards of the most internationally recognized certification schemes, we incorporate our own proprietary developments into our processes. This allows us to perform real-time simulations of greenhouse gas emissions, energy demands, thermal comfort, natural lighting, efficient water use and harvesting, and on-site energy production through renewable sources, among others.

This enables us to make informed decisions and design strategies from the earliest stages of design, integrating a high level of sustainability into each of our undertakings. We work with in-house specialists, advanced tools, and certifications that allow us to assess and reduce the environmental impact of our constructions while ensuring the health and well-being of their occupants.
