Morph XS designs combine advanced parametric design technology with ideas rooted in the architectural projects developed by the studio using the same digital tools. Their origins are closely linked to architecture, where façades play a central role

The beauty of these designs lies in the shadows they cast—a quality celebrated by Jun’ichirō Tanizaki in his seminal essay In Praise of Shadows. Conceived at a different scale, they complement architecture with a distinct identity and thoughtful innovations that enhance everyday functionality

This collection of electrical switches and outlets, produced by ICÓNICO, takes its inspiration from the industrialized façade we designed for Nido Príncipe Pío in Madrid. Its composition recreates the rhythm of intersecting flat and angled planes, generating depth and visual tension around an object as simple as a power outlet

A discreet technical detail further enhances its usability: a miniature LED integrated into the edge of the switch remains illuminated when the light is off, making it easy to locate in the dark
