Loom La Nube
Nube by Loom is a project for the creation of a coworking space associated with a Rooftop located on the top floor of the Chamartín Tower. Likewise, and in a joint operation, the aim is to fit out the covered outdoor space as a threshold, located on the ground floor and connected to the building’s access. The project concept is based on the idea of cloud, as the location on the 18th floor gives it a privileged position and views over the city of Madrid, as if it were a cloud. This is why the aesthetics, materials and geometries will emphasise this idea, including the Rooftop, which will become a peak that rises above the cloud. Merlin Properties together with Morph have developed the original idea on which the project is based
