The building is located on a plot of land in the centre of Madrid, in a highly residential area, close to several apartment blocks. The volume is generated around an internal patio, around which the communal areas, the rooms and the communication centres are turned. It consists of 4 floors and a roof terrace, with 4 communication cores distributed in the rooms and common areas.
The ground floor houses the communal and service areas of the residence. With views and direct access to the urbanisation, gardens and pool areas. Floors 1, 2 and 3 are for bedrooms and kitchen/dining areas.
The promoter is committed to the use of prefabricated elements in the bathrooms, structure and façade. The structure is solved by means of an alveolar panel on the façade and a prefabricated system of reinforced concrete panels with UPS is used in the central core of the panel. This allowed the construction to be completed in a record time of less than 9 months. The façade finish is a painted steel sheet, combining various perforations and perforated dimensions, which, together with the finish, enhance the character of this building.
