Located in the emerging city of Malaga, the project is part of the Parque Martiricos regeneration plan, next to the Guadalmedina riverside, and represents the biggest change to the city’s skyline of all time.
The project arose from a study of the best possible housing and hotel. Often residential towers are designed with such depth that the interior rooms end up being dark and the layout tortuous. In this case the floor plan is nothing more than a response to the best possible materialisation of the programme. This exercise led us to a branched building design whose volume emerged naturally.

The two towers, which rise more than 120 metres, constitute a complex of 198 rental flats, 252 flats for sale and a hotel

A white sheet

The formal inspiration comes from studying the folds and cuts of a white sheet and the design possibilities that this simple and clean mechanism offers us… the rest, as always, hours and hours of work to develop the idea.

Conceived from the inside out, the project transforms functional requirements into an iconic form, redefining the skyline while offering a new standard of urban living
