The idea of creating a valley with large common areas adapted to the topography, along with rooftops that rise above the adjacent buildings. Inspired by the concept of the Andalusian courtyard, it achieves an optimal entry of natural light and a higher residential density. These combined elements create a unique environment that harmonizes with nature and innovative architectural design

The housing blocks are fragmented, creating interior courtyards—reminiscent of Andalusian patios—that provide light and ventilation to the secondary bedrooms

They are designed with large windows that help connect the interior and exterior, blurring the boundary between the built environment and the natural world, and transforming the landscape into yet another element of our architecture

By seamlessly blending traditional architectural wisdom with bold, modern geometric volumes, this development successfully balances high residential density with vast, green communal spaces, delivering a benchmark-setting environment where structural innovation and natural light converge
