Many people, when envisioning unique architecture, attribute it to a high degree of arbitrariness, but that’s often not the case. Good architecture arises from the combination of its constraints and circumstances, finding a balance among them, and above all, analyzing and seizing the opportunities they offer. In this case, the interpretation of the local regulations conveyed to us does not consider, for either occupancy or building capacity, those roofs of enclosed spaces not covered in the immediately superior height. This is such a significant advantage that it conditions the entire design of the towers

Trees are a hallmark of this small country and a symbol of sustainability. We have created notable outdoor spaces, which become something unique through their use; bringing a piece of the mountain to each residence. The use of wood finishing, along with low-maintenance vegetation chosen, completes the transformation of a building into a large tree inhabited by people, with outdoor spaces for interaction and unparalleled views and ambiance
By transforming regulatory constraints into a catalyst for innovation, the building transcends traditional design to become a living, inhabited tree. Merging circular slenderness with lush, private mountain terraces, it creates an unparalleled residential experience that honors the surrounding landscape, sustainability, and human connection
