The genesis of our project began with designing the grandstand, which is the heart of our project. Typically, we design horizontal floors, but we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to honestly convey the inclination of our grandstands to the exterior

The wind lifts our ship off the ground, providing a view of the sea and the joy of the square growing in its shadow. A strip of our deck connects the ground and the square, destined to become the most visited urban viewpoint and auditorium in Alicante
Ultimately, the building transcends its structural role to become a living icon where architecture, ocean, and public life converge. By lifting its massive hull into the air, it creates a shaded, vibrant forum at ground level while extending its deck outward, cementing its place as a transformative landmark that redefine Alicante’s coastal skyline
