Water elements and native vegetation weave nature into the architecture, softening boundaries and creating a serene atmosphere. Materials like stone and wood ground the homes in their context, reinforcing a timeless, organic aesthetic
Influenced by the work of Wright and Mosher, the design prioritizes horizontality, natural textures, and community. Each home is unique yet forms part of a harmonious whole — a place where architecture does not impose, but coexists with the land
