Coral Golf is an urban development that seeks to create an area around an existing golf course in the area of Cabeza de Toro. Large single-family complexes have been developed around the area with the same concept, the differentiating component of the proposal focuses on composing a central focus of services around which multi-family residential and hotel grounds are positioned

The proposal aims to organise a land with great economic potential and to differentiate itself with its added value proposal from the rest of the nearby complexes. The guidelines set will mark the design character, the DNA of this new community

The proposal encompasses different phases in which the reserve for open spaces and amenities is of vital importance.  The pre-existing sports facilities leave behind special views such as the large lake, which gives value to the surrounding land. The road system is contemplated as 2 large road circulation rings and three radial axes that connect them to the service centre

More than just an urban expansion, this multi-phase master plan establishes a rigorous design character and a distinct community DNA, balancing vast open-space reserves with premium amenities to stand out as a highly differentiated, benchmark-setting destination in the global real estate market
