Drawing inspiration from the Rock of Gibraltar and Ha Long Bay, Reef City fuses dramatic natural rock formations with innovative design. The cityscape emerges organically from the sea, echoing the timeless interaction between land and water, and creating a striking, ever-evolving urban environment.
