Our proposal seeks to generate an adaptation to the environment, providing continuity to the organic silhouette. It is proposed to solve the faults that the current complex has, generating more views of the sea, adding profitable uses, improving mobility, creating green and public spaces and innovating with architectural design

This structural re-imagining prioritizes biophilic principles and sustainable mobility, replacing rigid concrete barriers with fluid, pedestrian-friendly pathways surrounded by native vegetation. Every architectural decision is driven by a deep respect for the coastal ecosystem, ensuring that new, profitable uses integrate naturally without compromising the environmental integrity or the historical essence of the shoreline
