Gea is a residential and tourism master plan located north of Punta Cana that redefines luxury and well-being in harmony with nature. Seamlessly integrated into its privileged seaside setting, the project offers a lifestyle centred on health, sustainability, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape
The development is organised into a series of distinctive neighbourhoods, each with its own identity, dedicated to sports, wellness, ecotourism, equestrian living, and contemplation, all structured around public spaces that foster community. At the heart of the master plan lies El Nisibón Downtown, the project’s urban and social hub, bringing together retail, hospitality, and community facilities. The experience culminates in a signature restaurant at the highest point of the site, offering panoramic 360° views across the sea and the surrounding landscape
